SheKnows Partners with Endemol USA to Develop and Produce Mom Focused Web Series

Business Wire, July 21, 2010

LOS ANGELES -- SheKnows (www.sheknows.com),
one of the fastest growing global online content and community
destinations for women, has partnered with Endemol USA, a world leader
in entertainment and multi-platform programming, to develop and produce
an interactive lifestyle series targeted to women. The series will
showcase different ways to show women how to save money, live better and
thrive in todays economy without sacrificing what they like to do.

SheKnows will be used as the hub for the as yet untitled series that
Endemol USA will develop and produce specifically for the SheKnows
audience. The companies are currently in the process of securing
female-targeted brand sponsors for the series, which will then be
anchored within SheKnowss avid global community of more than 45 million
women.

Endemol USA has been an International leader in developing and producing
creative original digital content. Most recently, Endemol USA created
the ever popular web series Married on MySpace, which catapulted
itself into a second web series, Married on MySpace 2, and into a
spinoff reality television series, Elle & Tito: The Married Life on
SiTV. This was groundbreaking as it marked the first time ever an
unscripted web series found its way on to television. The web series
also won the 2009 best multi screen format award and secured many
national sponsors including JC Penney and Hewlett Packard.

In addition, Endemol USA developed and produced the successful
CouponMom web series, a 20-episode series that taught viewers how to
save money in all areas, including groceries, restaurants, online
shopping, gifts and entertainment. Sponsors for this series included
Kodak, Discover Card and Clorox, which marked Cloroxs first time ever
to sponsor a show that had multiple brands under one umbrella.

The unprecedented success and high audience engagement with 'CouponMom'
led us to pursue this opportunity with SheKnows to develop new content
for a similar audience, said David Armour, Vice President of Digital
Development at Endemol USA. Our recent projects have proven there is a
huge market for engaging, original multi-platform content that speaks to
both audiences and brand sponsors alike.

In order to satiate its visitors incredible appetite for video,
SheKnows has also been churning out a robust slate of original video
series. With over 15 different series currently created and another four
in production, SheKnows is producing and distributing programs ranging
from moms teaming up with professional decorators to remodel living
spaces such as nurseries, home offices and more, on Home Stretch to
capturing first time couples meeting their in-laws on Families
Collide. SheKnows has been busy developing online programming geared to
its community of women looking for living tips, career advice, and the
latest in entertainment news.

"Video has become an increasingly important part of the SheKnows content
offering and we are highly focused on producing original programming
that speaks to women in a way that is authentic and right for the web,
states Mike Dodge, EVP of AtomicOnline, owner of SheKnows and the
publishing entity of parent company Evolve Media Corp. We evaluated a
number of offline partners and Endemol had a vast amount of experience
and understanding of how to execute successful online video series. This
is hopefully one of many projects we embark on together as partners."

Working with innovative partners such as AtomicOnline will help us
broaden and enhance the scope of our digital activities. We look forward
to the opportunity to deliver great content to the SheKnows audience and
our brand partners," said Jerry Kowal, SVP of Digital Media at Endemol
USA.
